Mission Statement

Luke 2:52
“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor of God and men.”

This verse describes Jesus’ life from the time he was a teenager until he started His ministry at about age 30. This verse tells us that Jesus grew mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Therefore our goal is to help youth grow in these four areas.

Through relationships and a healthy environment, we want the youth of the community to grow as whole persons.

The Vision of the CLC is:
To transform lives by bringing people closer to Jesus Christ.

A Brief History of the CLC

The conception of the CLC began in the year 2001 with construction starting in September 2002, and the grand opening date of September 14th, 2003. Usage of the center has been amazing and well beyond initial expectations. The number of people using the CLC varies from day to day, but can be well over 100 a day, and upwards of 3,500 a month. We anticipate that these numbers are only going to increase as God continues to open up opportunities for us to have a powerful impact on this community.
